You will wake up in Philosopher’s Hill after being knocked out by Varg during the first encounter. This location is the main area in Thymesia where you can level up Corvus, upgrade his gear, upgrade his talents, and more.
Once you wake up, Aisemy will speak with you. Before you head out for the next adventure, explore the area to learn more about the game’s system.
From the bed where you wake up, turn right and you will find the Hermes Royal Bulletin.
Proceed upstairs and you will find Aisemey’s Journal on the right side.
On the left side of the area, you will see the Map Menu where all of Corvus’ memory locations are gathered. You can use this to revisit the previous location or proceed with the main story.
Another note can be found just on the right side after exiting the hall. This is Edward the Blessed’s Notes.
Continue to the entrance gate and you will be able to examine another note. That note is the Ancient Words by the Gate.
Basically, those are the only things that you can explore in Philosopher’s Hill.
After finding all the notes and important things in the area, go back inside and speak with Aisemy, or just interact with the Map Menu. Choose the “Continue to Recall” option and select the first area, Sea of Trees, which is the third part of Thymesia.
Before you head out, make sure that you upgrade everything in your stats. As a recommendation, we recommend getting the following talents to help you with the game. First, upgrade Saber Attacks Lv2, then get Healing Execution Lv1, and Long Claw Lv2.
